Writing Down

It is not a bad idea to get in the habit of writing
down one’s thoughts. It saves one having to bother
anyone else with them.

Sometimes, the only way to get clarity into your life and where you are headed is to write it down. The written word is like a map and, in a way, instructions for the subconscious mind to carry out. The best way is to make a ‘to do’ list for the day, the week, the month and the year. Then analyze what you have achieved, against what you had intended to achieve.

Write using positive words and expressions instead of negative. The subconscious mind will facilitate application of all ideas.

Using multi colours in writing and drawing/pasting pictures, helps the brain to remember better.

You should make notes daily. You could keep a pen and paper handy near phones, bedside, even the toilet, and write down all ideas immediately. You could even use a mobile phone, a hand-held device, or computer to make notes.

Many a great idea has been lost because of dependence on memory. Writing down your objectives gives you clarity of purpose, and sets in motion the whole process of attaining what you desire.
