Abraham Lincoln

It is said that age is a state of mind. You are as young or old as you think you are.

Right from the time of conception you first grow and develop as you nurture, first in the womb and then in the outside world. As you absorb nutrition in the form of food and drink, the body rapidly develops and before you know it, from a child you are a full grown woman or man.

Ageing, also known as senescence, is a natural process in a human lifecycle. Your body systems decline naturally and progressively right from early adulthood, but the decline becomes obvious only after many decades.

The lifespan of a person can go up to nearly a century. The body systems of different individuals deteriorate at different rates, depending largely on genetics, lifestyle, exercise and dietary habits.

Even though ageing is natural human beings in their instructive quest for immortality seeking solutions for anti-ageing. Ironically, the health of some people deteriorates with the obsession of seeking such help against ageing.

There are surgical, medical, and natural ways of maintaining your youthfulness.

A good diet and proper exercise and a life minimum stress is best for you for a healthier, longer life.

If you think you are old,

you are!
