Ageing, also known as senescence, is a natural process in a human lifecycle. Your body systems decline naturally and progressively right from early adulthood, but the decline becomes obvious only after many decades.

The lifespan of a person can go up to nearly a century. The body systems of different individuals deteriorate at different rates, depending largely on genetics, lifestyle, exercise and dietary habits.

Even though ageing is natural human beings in their instructive quest for immortality seeking solutions for anti-ageing. Ironically, the health of some people deteriorates with the obsession of seeking such help against ageing.

There are surgical, medical, and natural ways of maintaining your youthfulness.
